These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (GTCU) govern all sales made via the website https://padelesprit.com , whether to the United Kingdom, France or any other country in the European Union.
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
MISTER PADEL LIMITED reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.
3. Purpose of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on https://padelesprit.com .
4. Account creation and ordering procedure
To place an order, the Customer can:
- Create a personal account (username + password);
- Provide accurate and up-to-date data;
- Select the products, enter the delivery address and choose a payment method;
- Confirm the summary before payment.
An order confirmation is automatically sent by email.
5. Price, taxes and payment
All prices are expressed in euros (€) , including VAT.
For sales in France and the EU, French VAT is charged via the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme .

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
6. Delivery
📦 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
⏱️ Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days depending on stock and destination.
MISTER PADEL LIMITED is not responsible for delays due to an incorrect address or circumstances beyond its control (customs, absence of the recipient, strikes, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) , the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A withdrawal form can be requested by email at contact@padelesprit.com.
8. Legal Guarantee
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (EU Directive 2019/771) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Duration: Minimum 2 years from the date of delivery.
In case of defect, the Customer can contact customer service to request repair, replacement or refund.
9. Responsibility
MISTER PADEL LIMITED cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order in question.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law 🇬🇧.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (“Brussels I bis”):
- For consumers residing in France or the EU → jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s country of residence .
- For professionals → exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts .
