1) Order cancellation
- You can request cancellation by writing to us as soon as possible (phone, email, chat).
- If the order is already being prepared or shipped , cancellation is no longer possible.
- If cancellation is not possible, you can:
- Refusing delivery (EU) : upon receipt of the return by us, we will issue a full refund.
- Or accept the package and then exercise your right of withdrawal (see §2).
ℹ️ Outside the European Union: Refusal of delivery may result in shipping/return fees and customs formalities being deducted from your refund. We recommend accepting delivery and then initiating a standard return.
2) Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason .
To exercise this right, please send us an email to contact@misterpadelshop.com (or use the standard EU form upon request).
Conditions : Items must be new , unused , unwashed , and in their complete original packaging (labels, accessories, instructions).
Exceptions (Art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code): personalized products, opened sealed hygiene goods, digital content delivered immediately, etc.
3) Returns policy (excluding the right of withdrawal)
Apart from the statutory 14-day right, we accept voluntary returns up to 30 calendar days after receipt for any new, unused item in its original packaging.
- This commercial tolerance is optional and may be suspended during sales periods or special operations (indication on the website).
4) Return shipping costs & labels
- France / EU : return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Outside the EU : return shipping costs and any duties/customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Clearly indicate on the package: “Return of goods – no commercial value” .
- We do not charge any restocking fees .
- Upon request, we can provide a prepaid label for certain EU countries: the amount will be deducted from your refund (we will inform you of the cost before validation).

- Order number + RMA (provided by our support team)
- Invoice / delivery note
- The word “ RETURN ” is visible inside.
⚠️ No collect shipments will be accepted.
6) Exchanges
- EU : You can request an exchange . For simplicity and speed, we generally process a refund and then you place a new order for the desired item (to avoid stock shortages).
- Outside the EU : no direct exchange (same procedure: return then new order).
7) Defective or damaged products, or preparation errors
If you receive a defective/damaged item or one that does not match your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours at contact@misterpadelshop.com with photos .
- We handle the return and offer: replacement , credit note or full refund .
8) Refunds — deadlines & procedures
- The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after (i) physical receipt of the items or (ii) proof of shipment provided by you (whichever comes first).
- It is made using the same payment method as the initial order.
- We may postpone the refund until the goods are recovered.
9) Non-compliant returns
Any item that is used , incomplete , damaged , without its original packaging or is outside the delivery period may be refused or subject to a discount (after informing the customer).
