Your item is delivered by a specialized local delivery company, ensuring fast and reliable service. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Don’t worry, your items will be delivered to your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be taken to your local post office, where you can pick it up.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order five different products, you will receive five separate packages, and they will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). However, if you order three of the same product, all the products will be sent to you in a single package.
